The EPOS IMPACT 860 Series is a professional wired stereo headset range designed for modern open offices, hybrid work, business calls and focused communication. It combines EPOS AI microphone technology, adaptive beamforming, super wideband audio and smart headset controls to provide clear voice pickup in busy work environments.
The series includes both hybrid adaptive ANC and non-ANC configurations, along with Microsoft Teams certified models. All variants use USB-C connectivity and include a USB-C to USB-A adapter for flexible connection to compatible computers and business communication systems.

The EPOS IMPACT 860 Series uses EPOS AI microphone technology and adaptive beamforming to help distinguish the speaker's voice from surrounding background noise. This makes the headset well suited for busy open offices, business calls, online meetings and professional communication.
Hybrid Adaptive ANC
SKU 1001174 and SKU 1001177 feature hybrid adaptive Active Noise Cancellation that helps reduce distracting environmental sounds. ANC can be manually adjusted through EPOS Connect with three available levels, helping users maintain focus in demanding work environments.
Comfort for Extended Business Use
The IMPACT 860 Series features an on-ear stereo design with soft leatherette ear cushions and headband padding. The flexible boom arm rotates 270 degrees for left or right wearing and can be lifted to mute the microphone.
Simple USB-C Connectivity
All four variants connect through USB-C and include a USB-C to USB-A adapter. The plug-and-play design provides convenient connectivity with compatible computers and professional communication applications.
